Summary

This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and loads nothing from other domains. The on-site assistant uses pre-written answers inside your browser; your questions are not sent anywhere.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we receive the details you enter: name, company, work email, role, the products you are interested in and your message. If the form opens your email app, the message is sent from your own mailbox like any other email.

Stored in your browser

The site remembers your light or dark theme choice, and whether you have already seen the assistant's greeting, in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange demos or quotes.
• To keep a record of our business correspondence.

We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web server, the host may keep standard access logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and operations.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@sypiniq.com.

Products

This notice covers the website only. Data handling in SypinIQ products is described in each product's documentation and your license agreement. The products run inside your own network.
